It is recommended to wash the bills of children’s neosorus with hot water before use.

2. Adult neosoro

Adult neosorus contains nafazoline hydrochloride being indicated only for over 18 years.

The recommended dose is 1 to 2 drops of adult neosoro in each nostril, 4 to 6 times a day, with an interval between applications of at least 3 hours.

There should be no dose of 12 drops in each nostril per day, nor use adult neosoro for more than 3 to 5 days.

3. Neosoro H

Neosoro H is a nasal spray containing 3%sodium chloride, being suitable for adults or children over 3 years old.

The recommended dose is 1 application of neosor H in each nostril, 4 to 6 times a day, or as directed medical advice.

The nozzle of Neosoro H spray should not be introduced into the nostrils, but positioned at the nose inlet for its application.

After use, the spray beak should be cleaned with a paper scarf and replace the lid.

Possible side effects

The most common side effects of children’s neosorus or neosoro h are burning or itching in the nasal mucosa, which improve when treatment is finished.

In the case of adult neosorus, because it contains nafazoline, a sense of needles or burning in the nostrils, sneezing, headache, nausea or blurred vision may arise.

  • Treatment with monoaminoxidase inhibitors (IMAO).

People who have bronchial asthma, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, diabetes or increased prostate should only use adult neosor if indicated by the doctor.

In the case of children’s neosorus or Neosoro H, its use is contraindicated for people who have allergies to components of the formula or increased blood sodium levels (hypernatremia).
