Child cimegripe is also an oral suspension can be used in children over 11 kg or 2 years old and contains only acetaminophen 32 mg/ml.

  • Children from 2 to 4 years: 20 to 30 drops, 3 to 4 times a day, according to the medical advice;
  • Children from 4 to 6 years: 30 to 40 drops, 3 to 4 times a day, according to the medical advice.

Cimegripe drops should not be used by children under 2 years of age and treatment time depends on pediatric’s evaluation and guidance.

Possible side effects

The most common side effects of children’s cimegripe are itching or redness in the body or allergic reactions. Learn to identify the symptoms of allergic reaction.

Because it contains acetaminophen, children’s cimegripe when used in larger doses than recommended can cause liver poisoning and drug hepatitis.

Who should not use
