The possible risks of the Sayu method

Although this Japanese method can indeed contribute to weight loss, the reality is that drinking only four or five glasses of water on an empty stomach can be counterproductive for many people, causing, among other things, an uncomfortable feeling of fullness in the stomach and even nausea . 

Therefore, for those who are not in the habit of drinking large amounts of liquids, it is advisable to gradually increase the amount of water consumed in the morning and on an empty stomach.

Drinking four to five glasses of water on an empty stomach every morning can also lead to excessive water consumption, which can be especially harmful to your health as it produces electrolyte imbalances that can lead to cramps, arrhythmias and, in more severe cases, even coma.
