And you can still not use the elevators, but climb and go down the stairs, move less by car or public transport, for example, pass an extra stop or quarter on foot. So, if desired, the opportunity to move more is real.

When breakfast and lunch – for dinner

According to the doctor, not everyone knows about harmful nutrition either. “For some reason, everyone indicates fast food and they say: there are trans fats, etc. etc. I will tell you a secret, the best restaurants are not much better than fast food. There are no less preservatives, much larger than amplifiers of taste, trans fats and so on, ”the doctor notes.

The improper diet contributes to the set of excess weight.

“The vast majority has no breakfasts,” Egorov says. -Someone just drinks coffee. There is no proper, correct lunch, dinner. Many people get such a dinner, when a person, having come from work in the evening, is trying to contain his absent breakfast, a small dinner and have dinner in dinner. ”

Injections are legalized starvation

But the doctor does not recommend using injection injections. In particular, these are popular drug injections today, and were originally invented for the treatment of diabetes.
