Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oat bran;
  • 4 tablespoons of water;
  • 1 ovo;
  • 1 salt whistle;
  • Oregano and black pepper to taste.

Preparation mode:

Beat all ingredients in a blender. Place the mixture in a nonstick skillet and bring to medium heat until golden brown. Turn on the other side and leave for another 2 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove the dough from the skillet, stuff the pancake with the stuffing preferably and then serve.
