3. Pain in the middle of the back
The pain in the middle of the back are usually related to poor posture throughout day, muscle injuries or contractures or herniated disc.
However, this type of pain can also occur when there is any changes in an organ in this region, such as in the lung, stomach and heart.

7. Pain on the right side of the back
Right back pain may arise due to common everyday situations, such as poor posture or carrying heavy objects.
However, it may also arise by health conditions that affect organs on the right side of the body, such as gallbladder or appendicitis stone causing pain that can radiate to the back.
What to do: In case of intense pain, presence of other symptoms or suspicion of stone in the gall or appendicitis, one should go to the emergency room to start proper treatment. In the case of appendicitis, the treatment is done with surgery.
